Delete your account
How to delete your Artkim Fuarlar account (developer: Artkim Fuarcılık A.Ş.) and your personal data.
1. In the app
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete My Account, enter the 6-digit code sent to your email and confirm.
2. On the web (if you can't access the app)
Open the deletion form with the button below, enter your account's email address, then enter the 6-digit code you receive and confirm.
Data that is deleted
Your name, email, phone, company, job title and country; your sessions and device/notification records; your favourites, notes, My Bag contents, session reminders, notifications and stand QR sharing records. Pending and confirmed meetings and your entrance ticket are cancelled.
Data that is kept
Meeting, QR scan and feedback records remain only in anonymised form, unlinked from you, for statistics. The cancelled ticket number is kept as a record containing no personal data. Marketing permission and other consent records are kept for the legally required period (3 years) as proof, then deleted.
Deletion takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Questions: [email protected]
