A summary of what data the Artkim Fuarlar app processes and why. The binding text is the KVKK (Turkish data protection law) notice.

Data controller

What we collect

For your account: name, email, optional phone, company, job title and country. While you use the app: favourites, meeting requests, notes and the stand QR codes you scan. For security: session records and the push notification token.

Why

To issue your entrance ticket, verify your account, manage meetings and reminders, send exhibition announcements and keep the app secure.

Who we share it with

With a company you request a meeting from, the details needed to arrange it. With a company whose stand QR you scan, your name, company, title and contact details only if you explicitly allow it. Apple and Google for notifications and infrastructure. Your data is never sold or used for advertising or tracking.

Camera

The camera is used only to scan QR codes; no images are stored or sent to our servers.

Your choices

Marketing messages and sharing your details at stand QR codes are optional and can be turned on or off anytime in Profile → Settings.

Deleting your account

Delete your account in the app under Profile → Settings → Delete My Account, or on this page. Your account data is deleted or anonymised.
